Everyone knows that when a cat falls, it can land on its feet. However, when cats fall from a great height, they can actually have a greater chance of survival than if they fall from a lower height. The reason for this is physics.

Apparently there’;s a minimum height where survivability increases, so if a cat falls from a greater height, its chances of surviving is greater than if it falls from a slightly lower height. This seemingly counter-intuitive fact simply means cats can survive from low and high heights but not so much from medium heights.
