Many cats are fortunate enough to find good homes so they don’t get stuck in a shelter or on the streets where they might get hurt. Unfortunately, some people aren’t as lucky and wind up living on the streets.
That’s why a cat in Tulsa, Oklahoma is helping to raise money for the homeless. The cat, nicknamed Cashnip Kitty, is an office cat for a Tulsa marketing firm called GuruStu. Business owner, Stuart McDaniel, noticed that when the cat sat by the office door, people would pass by and slide dollar bills through the slit of the door.
Now Stuart decided to use this money and donate it to the homeless. In this way the cuteness of a cat can help those less fortunate.
