Just as people can experience depression, so can cats. That’s why The Onion, a satirical newspaper, decided to make a depressed cat into an article.
According to The Onion, a depressed cat tried to cheer itself up by ripping up a couch, but alas. This destructive action failed to raise the kitty’s spirits. The cat finally resorted to kicking litter all over the floor but that failed to work either.
Perhaps cats should read more humorous articles from The Onion to relieve any lingering effects of depression. Or cats can do what people do and just drug themselves into oblivion.
