When people get rid of cats, cats have a way of getting even. The absence of cats allows rats to spread, creating filth and disease. That’s why it’s important to have a cat to keep there cats at bay.

Washington D.C. has learned this the hard way. With so much trash on the streets (not including the politicians), rats feast on the garbage in the streets. That’s why the city has been recruiting homeless cats to catch and kill the rats. Hopefully after the cats kill the rats, they can get a few Congressmen as well.
