When most people lose their cat, they fear they may never find it again. That’s why it’s important to microchip your cat and use an identification tattoo to increase the chances of finding your cat again.

Ian had a different problem. He took his cat, Dinky, in a cat carrier from Dubai to London, but when the cat carrier arrived in London, it was empty. Ian then returned to Dubai and fortunately found Dinky in a cat rescue shelter two months later. Apparently Dinky wound up 20 miles from the airport and was identified by his microchip.
