Paddles the cat recently became a social media sensation because her owner was New Zealand’s new Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern. In addition to being considered New Zealand’s “First Cat,” Paddles also had an extra toe on each paw that resembled thumbs.
Unfortunately, Paddles died after being hit by a car. Despite her short life, Paddles will forever be remembered as a New Zealand representative.
