Cats are known to be good jumpers and hunters, so when England experienced a major snowstorm, most people and their cats huddled inside for warmth. But not a cat named Amuse Bouche (“Bouche” or “Boo” for short).
Boo likes to play int he snow and jump up to catch snowballs. Since snowballs are safer for a cat to demolish than a living creature, this gives Boo a safe alternative to playing while still practicing hunting skills. If you think winter is a time to stay indoors, watching Boo leap up to snare a snowball out of the air should inspire you to exercise more in the winter.
