Some people are delusional and believe cats are friendly, loving creatures who form emotional bonds with their humans. Other people are more realistic and understand that there’s a thin line between a pet and a psychotic killer that’s just waiting to pounce and destroy you the moment you let down your guard.

Now a study by researchers at the University of Edinburgh has confirmed the more realistic view of how cats really interact with humans. According to this study, house cats exhibit the same aggressive, neurotic, and anxiety states as larger cats in the wild. The conclusion is that if your house cat were larger, it has the capability and the will to kill you.
