When Rotterdam native, Lana Vermeegen, moved out of her mother’s house, she missed her mother’s cat named Ted. So she decided to look for a similar cat and found a white one that she named Zappa.
Lana soon started posting pictures of Zappa so much that people complained that she never mentioned anything but her cat. That’s when Lana decided to make an Instagram account just for Zappa. Now she poses Zappa in a variety of outfits and posts pictures to share with others. Zappa now has over 70,000 followers.
The next time people complain you talk about your cat too much, maybe it’s time to give your cat a social media presence on the Internet as well.
