Fourteen years ago, Chelsea the cat wandered away from home as a 4-year old cat, never to be seen despite efforts by her family to find her. Then someone picked up a black cat on the streets of Sydney, Australia and took her to a vet.
That’s when the vet discovered Chelsea had been microchipped. Using the information in the microchip, the vet was able to contact Chelsea’s family and reunite them fourteen years later. Although Chelsea may be much older, she’s back home at last.
