Cat and Chicken Survive Fire Together

Adversity tends to bring people together, but in the case of the latest fire in California, adversity brought a cat and a chicken together. Apparently both animals huddled together near the front door of a house to escape the raging fire around them.

Although both animals were burned, they’ll recover from their wounds although there’s no word yet on whether the cat and chicken will remain friends or simply were friends out of necessity.
