What should you name your cat? That seems like a rhetorical question anyway since your cat won’t like respond when you call its name anyway, but it’s still a curious question. Fortunately, Dr. Uri Burstyn, known on YouTube as the Helpful Vancouver Vet, has a scientific way to choose a cat’s name.

Apparently, cats respond best to high-pitched sounds so the best name for your cat is one that ends in a high-pitched sound. Your cat still probably won’t come when you call its name, but at least it can’t pretend it doesn’t hear you (although it probably still will).
