Cats are territorial and when a new cat moves in, fights can break out. So how do you keep the peace in a house with multiple cats if one cat considers his home under threat from a new cat?
First, put identical scratching posts and food dishes in different parts of the house. That way the cats won’t think their territory is being taken by another cat. You can also try keeping the cards in separate rooms for a while until they get used to each other. Then again, you could always buy a second house and put the cats in their own homes while you go homeless, working like mad to pay for everything.
