Cats are mysterious creatures simply because they may be more intelligent than humans so we can never fully understand their motives. Despite this lack of communication between humans and felines, cats can be expressive when it comes to cat kisses.
Unlike human kisses that involve the lips, cat kisses are given by slow blinks of the eyes. When a cat stares, that means they’re alert, but when a cat blinks, that means the cat feels safe and secure around you, which is a huge compliment.
So blink at your cat and look to see if your cat blinks right back. If so, then you know you’re truly one of the special people around your cat.
