Many people put up a Christmas tree and decorate it with tinsel, lights, and shiny ornaments. While this can be visually pleasing, it’s also visually interesting to the curiosity of a cat.

So how do you keep your cat from attacking your Christmas tree? Try setting up your tree and letting your cat get used to it without any decorations. Then after a few days, start putting up decorations. The theory is that your cat will be bored by the tree after a while and will ignore the decorations. Then again, the theory is that a cat will be your companion, not your furry dictator so take this advice with a grain of salt.
