For forty years, Lloyd Pentz used to work at the Maritime Steel complex in New Glasgow. When the machine shop closed down, a colony of feral cats took over and Lloyd now spends his time caring for the feral cat colony.
Lloyd and Mike McGrath have been caring for these feral cats although the building is in a demolition zone. As workers gradually demolish the building, Lloyd and Mike will have to transfer the feral cats to a new shelter. The cats are survivors and they’ll be fine, thanks to the kindness of people like Lloyd and Mike.
