The Lovot Robot

The Japanese are leading the world in robot technology and now a Japanese company callee Groove X has introduced a cuddly robot named Lovot. The idea is to give Lovot the ability to detect touch and respond.

Curiously, Lovot resembles a cat but without the litter box problems or need to provide scratching posts and food. Some people might hold Lovot like a pet while others may treat it like a child, which is what people do with cats.

So if you can’t have a cat for any reason, consider getting a pet Lovot robot instead. It may not be as cute as a cat but at least you can leave it alone without hiring someone to care for it when you’re away.
