Health inspectors in Delaware recently shut down the Oriental Spanish Food Mart for health code violations. Not only were employees making and selling shrimp and kimchi without the proper food permit, but they also allowed the owner’s cat to roam freely throughout the premises.

The store says they’re getting the proper permits although there’s no word on what permit will make it legal to keep a cat in the store. Most likely the cat owns the store so as long as it pays off enough government officials, it should be able to do what it wants, just like anyone else with a lot of money who can circumvent the law.
