They say that people who live together start to look like each other. That also applies to owners and their pets, but in the case of cats, you won’t look like a cat but your cat might start acting like you.
Research carried out by the University of Lincoln and Nottingham Trent University found a link between the personalities of cat owners and the behavior and wellbeing of their pets. Just as a parent’s personality can affect the personality of a child, the same is true for a cat and their owner.
So the next time your cat acts like a jerk, it can blame you. That way everything will always be your fault and your cat will remain innocent and pure like cats always think they are.
