Nathan Sonoras owns a black cat named Loki after the trickster god from Norse mythology. One day Nathan spotted a dead black cat on the road and thought a car had struck and killed his pet black cat because the dead cat looked exactly like Loki.

Nathan proceeded to bury the dead cat in the back yard and the next day, told his dad about burying Loki. That’s when he heard a cat meowing and realized Loki was outside, trying to get back in.

Now Nathan is wondering whose black cat he buried. Perhaps Loki really does have nine lives or knows how to trick people.
