Cat cafes started in Asia and spread across the world, finally reaching North America in the past few years. Unfortunately a cat cafe in Alabama was the target of a burglary where someone threw a rock through a window and climbed inside.
Fortunately the cats hid from the intruder and the burglar didn’t steal much although he (or she) caused some damage. Why anyone would rob a cat cafe is beyond logical, unless they were a disgruntled dog owner who had a chip on his shoulder for all the love that cats get on the Internet.
