Many people are becoming vegans for health reasons or because they want to protect the environment (or a combination of both). However, if you turn away from meat and go vegan, you might not feel comfortable feeding your cat a meat diet.

That’s why man people are considering the idea of feeding their cat a vegan diet. Of course, cats eat meat to get nutrients they can’t get from plants alone, so many people are thinking that a vegan diet for cats could be feasible if it provides the proper nutrition cats need.

OF course, more studies need to be done on this, but just remember that cats are picky eaters so they might not want to avoid meat just because you do it. In fact, it’s a good bet that whatever you want, your cat won’t want so don’t be surprised if it does the exact opposite of what you want anyways.
