In Indonesia, Dita Agusta loves cats. As a child, she always wanted to rescue cats and often leaves food for feral cats whenever she sees them.
Now she’s taken her love of cats one step further and taken in more than 250 cats, creating a shelter for the animals she hopes will one day be adopted. With the help of five workers, they clean the house twice a day to make the shelter safe and sanitary for everyone.
While you don’t have to take in 250 cats to show your love for them, take in as many as you can reasonable handle. Then help others protect and adopt cats too because the more cats cared for, the more happiness there will be to go around for everyone.
