In case you’ve been taking pictures of your cat and finding some of them come out blurry, wait until next year’s cameras come out. Sony’s describes their new technology as follows: “The 2×2 On-Chip Lens (OCL) solution is a new image sensor technology for achieving high-speed focus, high-resolution, high-sensitivity, and high dynamic range.”
The end result is that now when you take pictures with Sony’s technology, images won’t be blurry. That means more cat pictures can flood the Internet because that’s really what the Internet was designed for in the first place.
