Bobcats are solitary creatures and usually found in isolated areas. That’s why it’s surprising that recent surveillance video footage caught a bobcat roaming around Georgetown near Washington D.C.
Perhaps the bobcat figured it was just as intelligent as any politician and wanted a chance to get into Congress and get paid to do nothing, which is a cat’s dream as well as a politician’s dream. Or perhaps the cat just wanted to see what’s going on in Georgetown so it could decide whether it liked living in the city or the country.
