Firefighters are trained to rescue both humans and animals from fires. In Kalamazoo, Michigan, firefighters responded to a house fire and a vocal and panicked cat.
Fortunately firefighters managed to find the cat and treat it for smoke inhalation. The cat will recover and eventually join its family, but this goes to show how important it is to support your local fire department because the cat’s life they save next could be your own.
