The Debrecen Zoo in Hungary is one of six zoos worldwide that exhibits the unique Palawan leopard cat. On February 28, a baby male Palawan leopard cub was born.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, there were no visitors to watch and welcome the cub into the zoo. Zookeepers report that all the animals have noticed the lack of human visitors so after the pandemic ends and you get a chance to visit Hungary, be sure to drop by and see the Palawan leopard cat since you may never get a chance to see one again.
