During the current coronavirus pandemic, people are adopting pets like crazy since they have so much time at home. This has emptied animal shelters around the world, but one problem remains. If you want to consider adopting a pet, you have to visit it.

One person found a clever way around this limitation. Since many people are video conferencing at work, they decided to use FaceTime on the iPhone to virtually meet a potential cat to adopt. After watching the cat through a video, that person later decided to adopt the pet.

So if you want to adopt a pet but can’t get there in person, consider using video conferencing. No matter how you examine a pet, you’ll likely find a way to give it a good home.
