Gli the cat lives in Istanbul’s ancient Hagia Sophia. In 2009, Barack Obama even took the time to pet Gli while visiting the city. However, Gli originally lived in a museum that was going to be turned into a mosque, making everyone wonder if Gli would be allowed to stay.
