With so many parts of California burning due to wildfires, firefighters are rushing into the area to protect homes and save lives. Daniel Trevizo, a fire captain with the Los Angeles County Fire Department, heard a cat meowing and found a kitten rushing to him for help.
Daniel rescued the cat so it’s now safe. Hopefully the owner can be reunited with the cat but at least the kitten is safe from the wildfires. If you live near a potential wildfire, make sure you can grab your cat and supplies in a hurry in case you need to evacuate with little notice.
