Even though summer is over, many parts of the world are still experiencing heat waves. If you have a cat that goes outside, make sure your cat doesn’t dehydrate or overheat in the sunshine.

First, make sure your cat has plenty of water. Next, make sure your cat can get into a shaded area. Finally, watch out for sunburn, especially for hairless cats. As a general rule, if it’s too hot for you, it’s probably too hot for your cat as well.
