“Mulan” is the latest Disney live-action remake of an animated movie. While “Mulan” star Yifei Liu has been earning rave reviews for her performance, a lot of people don’t realize that when she was living in Queens, she shared her small living space with 30 cats.
Since many people consider cats to be a symbol of good fortune, perhaps Yifei Liu’s 30 cats are responsible for her luck in landing the coveted role of “Mulan.” Then again once you take care of 30 cats, you need to make a lot of money so you can afford to care for all of them.
