“The Godfather” is a movie about an organized crime leader who orders people to commit crimes and kill others who get in the way. Naturally, Marlon Brando, who plays the Godfather, spends time petting a cat.
Conspiracy theorists believe the cat was the real mastermind behind the Godfather, order its enemies to be killed so crime can flourish for the benefit of the other cats. When you think about it, all cat owners are ruled by their cats so having a cat control the Godfather seems perfectly reasonable.
