İbrahim Özmen is a veterinarian in Turkey who has organized a cat beauty contest where the winner gets a limo-ride in the city with their cat. The contest took place in a ballroom where judges examined ten contestants.
The slogan of the contest was “The world is so meow”. The winner turned out to be Hüseyin Cebecioğlu, the owner of the cat named Mahir, who got to enjoy a limousine ride around the city with his cat.
