Thanksgiving is a time when families get together and share a meal, but that’s also a time when the family cat tries to get something to eat too. Despite a feeling of generosity, be careful what you feed your cat because the wrong foods could make your cat sick.

For example, onions and garlic are dangerous to cats. Even eating turkey or turkey skin can cause a life-threatening condition in pets known as pancreatitis.

So be careful what you feed your cat. If in doubt, stick to approved cat food and treats.
