Tyrell Cooper is a high school senior who belongs to and Boy Scout Troop #3310. in Atlanta. Tyrell recently organized a group of fellow Boy Scouts to help him assemble and deliver insulated cat shelters to protect feral cats from harsh weather.

The goal is to provide inexpensive shelters where feral cats can hide to get out of the weather and get a safe place to sleep. Hopefully Tyrell’s shelters will protect the feral cat population while animal activists help trap and neuter feral cats so they can live their lives out in peace without breeding more feral cats.
