Anyone with a cat knows that cats may carry parasites, specifically Toxoplasma gondii. Now scientists believe this parasite could be linked to an increased risk of brain cancer.

T. gondii can make rodents reckless in the face of danger, causing them to no longer avoid the smell of cat urine, making them easier targets for cats. How this parasite affects people to help cats is still unknown, but knowing cats, they’ve found a way to use biological warfare to control their human masters in more ways than one.
