One strange occurrence many people experience is coming home one day and finding a cat at their home. Sometimes the cat gets inside and sometimes the cat just meows from outside, but the end result is that the gullible human starts caring for the cat.
Yet in many cases, the cat actually lives somewhere else and just enjoys spending time with other people, even to the point of staying in their homes for extended periods of time. That’s started a trend where people take pictures of cats and caption it with “Not my cat.”
If you ever get a mysterious feline visitor that seems to come and go, you may be taking care of someone else’s cat. As long as everyone’s happy, that’s all that matters in the long run.
