When most people let their cats outside, they expect their cats to wander around the neighborhood and come home. That’s exactly what Michael Hubank expected until his neighbor put their house up for sale. Being curious, Michael checked the neighbor’s house listing to examine the price and the photographs used to market the house.
Imagine his surprise when Michael spotted his own cat, Freddy, lounging on the neighbor’s bed. Apparently Freddy enjoyed spending time at the neighbor’s house whenever he went outside. If you’re selling a home, be sure to put a picture of a cat in there. That can increase the value of your house or at least show people you like cats.
