When you think of a sleeping cat lounging on a bed, you don’t automatically think about baseball. However baseball is a great game for cats for several reasons. First, many teams are named after birds (Cardinals, Blue Jays, Orioles) so they make great targets to watch.
Second, many teams use cats as mascots. Then there’s the seventh inning stretch that all cats can enjoy. If a brawl breaks out, cats would love to flail with their claws to punish their enemies. So you can see, baseball might be a cat’s sport after all.
