When used book stores used to be around, it was common to find a cat curled up in the book shelves. Now that used book stores have largely disappeared, it appears that cats have found a new place to hang out in greenhouses.
Greenhouse owners say the cats are great for pest control while also keeping little kids amused. That translates to parents staying longer and shopping more, so cats are a great business tool for greenhouse owners. At least cats in greenhouses can pay for themselves, which cats at home rarely do.
