In Arizona, a woman was walking her husky, Koda, when the dog pulled the woman toward a zipped-up red cooler inside a black plastic bag outside Fearless Kitty Rescue. When Koda would not stop sniffing the bag, her owner decided to open it up.
That’s when a black cat popped out. Fortunately the black cat was still alive but had been left in the cooler in 100+ degree heat. Fearless Kitty Rescue took the cat in and urged anyone to bring animals to the shelter in an approved carrier that won’t risk overheating the cat inside.
