In Skowhegan, Maine, a dog chased a cat up a tree, and the cat wound up at the top of a 75 foot tree where it stayed for several days despite the cold weather. When Animal Control officers were unable to reach the cat, the community turned to Bryan Moore from Pro Tree Service and his friend, Chris.

Bryan and Chris managed to climb the tree and bring the cat down safely. Although the cost of their service was $1,000, they plan to use the money to buy a catch pole for future rescues with the remaining money to be donated to charity. If people can come together to save a cat, they can certainly come together for other reasons as well.
