Workers at a Denver Arc Thrift Store found quite a surprise inside a donated recliner on New Year’s Eve. When they inspected the recliner, they found a cat trapped inside the mechanism. They were able to get the cat out but then they had to find out who had donated the recliner.
Fortunately, the owners came back to the thrift store after noticing their cat, Montequlla, had disappeared. Authorities were able to reunite Montequlla with the family and all is well again. So the lesson is clear. Before giving anything away, check to make sure you know where your cat is first.
