In Nebraska, the TNR North Platte organization hit a milestone. TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) was started six years ago by Linda Lund and Sami Erickson, who wanted to help feral cats in their community.

Now the organization has caught their 1000th cat. This milestone means the organization has helped reduce feral cat births. The fewer feral cats, the more likely they won’t overpopulate the area. So if you live in Nebraska, consider donating to this group so they can continue their good work with feral cats.
