Cats have taken over the world and the Internet because they’re so cute. Although cuteness might seem like a subjective idea, there’s actually a scientific basis for why cats are so cute to humans.
First of all, the faces of cats with their big eyes and curved bodies suggest a baby, and humans are hard-wired to find that appealing. Cats also are affectionate by rubbing against people they like, which further adds to their appeal. Finally, cats know how to practice mind control and enslave humans for their benefit. Although that hasn’t been scientifically proven yet.
