With so many people still working from home, remote conferencing through Zoom or Google Meets has become common. What has also become common is that many people working from home also have cats.
One woman learned that during her recent video conference, her boss got upset when the woman’s cat got in the way during the business meeting. This boss called the cat’s appearance “unprofessional.” Of course, by not admiring the cat, this boss is more unprofessional because given a choice between a human or a cat, the cat would win every time.
