Nearly every movie has plot holes that don’t make sense in hindsight. In the movie “Hocus Pocus,” a man named Thackery Binx gets transformed into an immortal black cat. Although the cat can talk, many people wonder why it didn’t talk initially when rubbing against his father’s leg?
The answer is simple. When Binx first transforms into a cat, he’s learning to be a cat and talking is a skill he’s unable to do until later in life. So if you meet a cat that seems to make howling noises that sound strangely like human words, your cat could be trying to talk after being turned into a cat a century before.
