October 27 has been officially designed as Happy National Black Cat Day to help celebrate black cats. Unfortunately, far too many (ignorant) people believe black cats are bad luck and avoid them because of this superstition. The truth is that people who believe black cats are bad luck are actually the ones you should avoid because they’re just being stupid.
So Happy National Black Cat Day. Adopt a black cat or just donate money to an animal shelter to house black cats until they can find a forever home. Black cats can be just as adorable as any other color cat so adopt a black cat today.
