In a typical home, the cat quickly establishes its dominance among everyone so it’s no surprise that the White House is no different. When the Biden moved into the White House, they had a dog but the dog had trouble adjusting to the seat of power and had to move away.
That’s when the Biden brought in a stray named Willow, who likes to sleep on top of Joe Biden’s head. Apparently Willow wants to let the President know who’s really in charge. Given the way the government works, most people should be happy that a cat is actually in charge.
